Polar Dash 5K Race - Minneapolis - Jan.1, 2009

The Polar Dash is a 5K/10K run. It's a Team Ortho event, which raises money for critical Orthopaedic research (Bone, Joint and Spine).

My official time for the 5K was 23 min. 18 seconds, which is a mile every 7.31 minutes.
